Curious about Ashtanga?

Our monthly Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga mini-workshop is a great way to explore the foundations of the Primary Series. In this class, you will be guided through the first half of the Primary Series at a slow pace with modifications and plenty of instruction. This class is appropriate for complete beginners to Yoga, seasoned practitioners looking for refinement in their practice, and students who are recovering from injury, illness and/or trauma. Workshops will be held the third Sunday of the month 12:00-2:00.

About Diane Moser

Diane has been a student of yoga for over 20 years. Her life is dedicated to the mastery of the practice on every level. Every year she travels around the world to sit at the feet of healers and to study with Saraswati and Sharath Jois in Mysore, India, who are carriers of the lineage of Ashtanga. 

Diane has also studied and practiced with Sufis, Zen monks, and shamans. Their teachings have brought her great healing and understanding of her own work to walk this path. This is her Dharma.
